Was 9/11 an inside job? Did the United States plan it?

the way i look at it is its been almost a decade and it has not been proven that it was an inside job. there is ALOT of speculation and subjective evidence. its very interesting for conspiracy theories, and some details are shady but i dont believe it was an inside job.
