Buying a new wii Console without extras?

My old wii stopped allowing me to put disks in and gave me the message unable to read disk please eject turn wii off and try again. It is doing this with all my disks so I was wondering if I could by a new wii with warranty but no extras just the consol. No remote or wii sports.
