I'm 15 and just staring to get facial hair?

My facial hair is starting to grow in fairly quickly. I usually have to shave every 4 days, and it begins growing back in 2. The facial hair mainly centers around my chin, which is where I want it (goatee). but the problem is, it's just sparse little random hairs that usually get long enough to be just barely visible. It's extremely weird for me and fairly stupid looking. Is this just genetics or what??
