Black ops playercard bug/glitch?

when i go to my playercard and press triangle (ps3 console) to delete a layer everything resets again in the playercard. so i do it again and delete like 3 layers and it resets everything again leaving me witht the same emblem i have. i turned off my console and it wont go away. help!
