How do i know if im circumsized?

ok, i dont know why my parents would ever do this when i was a baby, so this doesnt make sense. it doesnt seem like they would care. are some people born with foreskin that doesnt cover your head while flaccid? im really upset because i dont know why my parents would even do this. the skin on it isnt tight though, it can cover my head if i make it. can someone please help me out here?
