How do I get rid of my puppies bad breath?

I have a one month old Blue Pit Bull female. Her breath stinks horribly. She doesn't have the puppy breath most puppies have. It smells as if she had been eating her own poop for awhile. I didn't have her when she was born, I bought her from a woman selling puppies in a shopping center parking lot. It seems to have gotten better since about a week ago when I bought her. What else can I do to get rid of it? I give her rawhides to chew on, and oral care treats once a day.
