How do i get my mom to stop treating me like a kid?

Okay so i am almost 17 and my mom will not let me do anything! and then she gets mad when i do things behind her back! For example: My family HATES tattoos but i dont i like them as long as your not like covered in them. So... i got a tattoo and im not old enough to get it porfessionally done so i let one of my friends do it. And i cant like do anything! and if i go somewhere i always have to call her every hour and a half! And like my mom always says i have to "earn" everything.. but no matter how hard i try i cant "earn" ANYTHING! i dont even have my own key to my house! and now i want another tattoo and a couple piercings but i know my mom wont let me cause i havent "earned" it.. so i was just thinking about doing behind her back again but i hate doing that to her cause then she'll act like she doesnt trust me but ill be 17 in like 3 months! and she treats me like im 11!!! i just wanna have somemore freedom and be able to do things i want! like get a tattoo! even if i hated tattoos and my daughter wanted one i would take her to get it done and make her pay for it cause i wouldnt want some person just doing it?!
