Get around admin password on Windows 7?

My brother is a total jack*ss and we got in a fight, I won, he's sore loser, so he decides he'll lock everything on my windows 7 accounts, remove my admin ect.Anyone know how to get all that back WITHOUT admin? And don't give me that crap about use the console. That uses admin capabilities. Please get back to me. In the meantime, I hid his clarinet, wallet, black ops disc, and rise of legends disc out in the ditch underneath the leaves. So yeah, please get back to me ASAP
