Can i put my xbox in a cabinet under my tv with an intercooler?

I just got new entertainment center and the only place i can really put my xbox is in a cabinet under the tv with the rest of the stuff that hooks up to the tv. So im thinking about buying a Nyko Intercooler TS, TX or something like that. Will it be fine in the cabinet with the intercooler?
